This is a scam. 2 weeks after using this on my dogs it still was not working. I received an email from their customer service, I told them the issue, and I wanted a refund and to return the product, Response was Someone would get a hold of me with instructions in 3 or 4 days., it's been at least a month. no answer. Then I looked at my Pay Pal account and they sent me refills.

I’ve just plugged the 2nd lot in. Had active for 1 month and has actually made my rescue cat worse - to the point he will not leave the bathroom he’s now hiding in, scratching and licking excessively to the point of a vet visit and now on steroids. I am trying to be positive but I do not think the plug in is working. I have one very sad, and u happy puss :(

Tried to reach out on multiple platforms to talk to customer services regarding an order from myself and an order from my mom- neither of which made any difference. Reached out on Instagram, via webchat and via email and had ZERO response. Now contacted the bank. Wouldn’t use again.

Customer Service non responsive. Have grave concerns re the compatibility with UK power @240v. Even though it has a 3 pin plug all instruction clearly state 110v 120v which to my mind would be a fire risk if used on 240v system. Not gonna use and will revert to Feliway ...a trusted product !!!. Update... Have eventually received a reply from company who assure me that their product is dual voltage between 110v and 240v and stated that their packaging is out of date and are undertaking to have this changed to avoid confusion. If this happens it will provide peace of mind for UK 🇬🇧 users. Have still not used the cat diffusers so cannot comment on their effectiveness. Will look at adjusting star rating once I have feedback on the product

Do not waste your money with TheraPet. They do not honor their refund policy and make it incredibly difficult to return products that you may be dissatisfied with. The diffuser caused my dog to go completely lethargic. He was not able to move. Once I unplugged the diffuser and aired out the house it took three days for him to regain the ability to move. I do not recommend using their products or dealing with the impossible process of trying to get a return!

My Advanced Dog Calming Spray had canine pheromones listed on the flyer inside the box, but the bottle and the box it came in list feline facial pheromones. I have used feline diffusers and sprays for years and they all work except this one. Waste of money and the customer service is nonexistant.

This product did not work. I have tried everything. I was really hoping it would work. I still have problems with peeing and marking and behavior. False advertising.

I purchased two diffusers and both have been in for the last 24hrs. Pooch is still peeing indoors so no change in this behaviour at all 🤷‍♀️
