It's difficult to impress me because I am such a skeptic but this company responded immediately to my email. The representative was cordial, clear, and professional helping me to understand how to properly set it up. I am completely satisfied with this product compared to the other ones I have tried.

Great products and much cheaper than other brands but is just as good if not better! I have 4 diffusers for our 7 dogs and helps heaps

I wasn't expecting much, but within a few days, my dog seemed noticeably calmer. He still gets excited, but he's not constantly on edge anymore. Super impressed.

Easy website to order from! I've been using the cat calming diffuser for about a year now and I love it! I have a cat who pees on clothes, towels, bedding- if it was on the floor, she even peed on my bed once, nothing medically wrong with her and I am on top of the litter box etc... when I started using the diffuser, the peeing stopped! I experimented a bit, a few days after knowing the diffuser ran out, she peed on some clean clothes I hadn't put away yet. Used the diffuser again and it works like a charm!!!

My cat used to be scared of everything any sudden movement, loud noise, even me getting up too fast. I don't know how, but these diffusers actually helped her settle down. She's still cautious, but way less skittish.

Great product, actually works!

I love my boy, but he can be a monster! Ever since I started using Therapet, he has been much more lovable, more of the time. He bites less and is less aggressive. I love this product!

I have 2 female cats that really do not like each other. They were super territorial and peeing all over the house! I tried everything. I was skeptical with the diffusers at first, but they really work! No more peeing!
