Great product! Repeat customer here! Helped tremendously when introducing a new cat into our home already occupied by three other adult cats! Within ten days we noticed a significant difference in mannerisms and interacting behaviors. Now it is not unusual to find all four felines napping in the same room!

My dog would wake me up multiple times a night pacing around. I figured that's just how she was, but after using these diffusers, she actually sleeps straight through.

When I really noticed a difference was when I ran out! The pheramones completely stopped my male dogs marking behaviors and they started again when they were empty. I am now always stocked up! Love this product!

I notified customer service when I noticed the diffuser started to have a burnt smell to it only after using it for a few weeks. They immediately fixed the issue by sending me a replacement. Even though I’m still waiting, I did have new additional pheromones liquid to put in my diffuser. I have to say, since having the diffusers in, I have noticed a change with my 3 pups…not all at the same time as all dogs are different but I feel the more I keep using them it will work for my 3 boys at its fullest potential! Thank you therapetmd team for making things right and always bring on top of your game!

Had trouble originally discerning as to where the unit was working. I was unable to see the light referred to. However, upon seeking help fromcustomer support, I received a replyexpediously. Iwas very pleased that upon following the input, I was able to get it up and running. It seems to be working as advertised s Iseems to have helped calm my pupduring and after our move.

I have 6 cats 5 are male, two of the oldest cats used to gang up on one of the smaller one. To the point that Milo, thats his name would not even come up to my room. After i put the therapetMD, they have calmed down and milo has even gone to sleep on the bed. Placing my next order today !!! Thank you TherapedMD Maria
