I’m happy with the service and the price seems reasonable. Jury’s still out on whether the pheromones will be able to sufficiently calm our older cat to allow her to be friendly with the new younger boy (3 y.o. male cat). But the diffusers have only been up for a month so I’m hoping that they will continue to improve the situation.

Yes, I really think it works. I have two dogs and one puppy, and the puppy hasn’t had an accident in quite a while. We also have a visiting dog that has now stopped peeing in our house. So I have just ordered multiple refills and I do recommend this. The four stars is just for the price, and I wish that the light on the diffuser was brighter. I can’t tell it’s on unless I take it into a dark bathroom and plug it in and then I can see a little bluish light. I guess that’s just a small problem but otherwise I highly recommend.

Product works very well for our little man, when we have it on he is MUCH less likely to harass our 2 girls. Without the diffusers he gets grumpy and and plays very rough.

Although the product itself did not do what was expected it to do. I was still impressed with the customer service and how fast and diligent they were. They were very understanding. There was no crazy hassle with receiving my refund and they gave me options. Customer service experience was great. The product itself was not great but that will not stop me from purchasing other items.

I purchased the advanced dog calming diffuser kit when I received it and followed the instructions and plugged it in everything worked except the light indicator never came on, so I contacted customer service. They were very very helpful and gave me other instructions and my diffuser works perfectly fine without a light, thank you
