I ordered a diffuser for my dog and accidentally put the wrong address for my delivery. I contracted them and they instantly got back to me and fixed it. I am so appreciative of their quick response to fix my issue. Can't wait to receive the diffusers to help my dog feel more relaxed. Thank you again!

We have 4 indoor cats. The first and eldest of the bunch was very moody and temperamental before the other three cats joined us. She began urinating everywhere other than her litter box, hissing at the other pets and humans, and generally acted like she was under attack all the time. We were on the verge of rehoming her when my husband ordered the TheraPetMD cat calming pheromones. Neither of us had very high expectations. But I am happy to report that our moody cat has improved by about 75%! It seems that the pheromones have taken the edge off of her mental state long enough so she can learn to socialize with the other cats. She is more loving and affectionate toward her human family too. Everyone in our family has noticed a marked difference in her personality and sweetness. Thank you TheraPetMD!
