I was concerned when I saw the delivery map that showed my shipment going to the wrong spot. I shot off an email, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal answer right away vs a computer generated response. They stuck with me until I was sure my delivery was complete. I have to give them 5 stars for great service and communication.

I have multiple cats in my home. These diffusers do a great job of controlling all there behaviors from peeing outside litter pans to fighting. The pheromones calm them noticeably.

I received my 2 diffusers pretty quickly. I assumed they weren’t working because I didn’t notice the indicator light had come on. I emailed customer service and received a response extremely fast. The representative told me how to check the outlets and about the indicator light. I love a company that has wonderful customer service and this company certainly does! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer.

I had a problem with my three dogs marking in the house. Since using TherapetMD there has been no more marking. Thank goodness this worked like they said it would. I've been using it ever since!

Therapist worked for my dog that was anxious and had lots of accidents in the house. We have been accident free after a week of getting acclimated to Therapet. I recommend it and just purchased another round! (Don’t want to chance it!!)

It was so easy to find what I need & check out. I tried Therapet after being a long time user of the other very expensive brand we all know. After using Therapet for a few months I am VERY Surprised that it works WAY better than the leading brand. Therapet IMO also has a better quality diffuser. I love finding brands that are better & a double bonus that Therapet is way more affordable.

Received the product and due to operator error could not seem to make it work. Fortunately their customer service was very responsive and explained what we should be looking for to ensure it was working. Great support. Have only had the product for a couple of days so it is to early to tell how our rescue dog will respond. If the product performs like their customer service we should have great success. She has already sniffed it a couple of times. We hope it helps Kota Bear to feel more at ease.
