I reached out to customer service on the weekend because I couldn’t see the light on the diffusers and they responded right away and recommend I wait until it got dark to see if the light was working and it actually was. I have noticed a significant difference in the amount of messes outside of the litter box. Planning on ordering more to strategically place them around the house!! Great product!!!

Honestly didn't think a diffuser could help with aggression but my territorial tom cat has chilled out SO MUCH. Used to attack any cat that came near our yard, now he just watches from the window. Vet bill savings alone worth it.
