I have spent so much time and money to train my dog. He is finally accident free for two weeks now. Customer service is above and beyond and well. I had made a mistake when I ordered refil and they were on top of fixing the issue for me right away.

Bedtime was WAR. Dog wouldn't settle, paced for hours, whined constantly. Made everyone miserable. TheraPet = dog who actually sleeps. Revolutionary concept.

Need more time to evaluate use, but service was wonderful. I missed instructions concerning the light. Your agent clued me in by return text. Thank you.

I ordered my 1st diffuser when my cocker spaniel, Scruffy, he was a rescue used for breeding when I bought him, was scared to go outside when it was raining. He became more frightened when I had construction done, would not go out at all. He was fighting with my other dog, also a rescue, for no reason. When I ordered the therapet and plugged it in, he was like a different dog.Now goes outside through dog door all the time, no more accidents or fighting. I ordered a second diffuser which leaked, contacted support team and got a replacement quickly. Therapet is man and dogs best friend! Today 5/27 I received my Therapet Dog calming spray, can't wait to use it!

I was sent the wrong plug type, I reached out to customer service and I got super friendly and quick responses! They were fantastic and fixed my issue immediately!! This was hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever received.

Adopted 8yo dog. Previous owner said "good lock with the barking lol." Quickly learned why. Barked at: walls, shadows, air, silence, noise, existence itself. Neighbors complained daily. These diffusers cut barking by 75%. Still alerts but reasonable now. Can actually have phone conversations.
