My pup is not fixed. He started marking at 8 months after we thought he was potty trained. Due to health issues, I wanted to wait at least a year before fixing him but he was marking non stop. I was skeptical the first week. After about two weeks I noticed a huge difference. He went from marking 20x a day to once…to zero. It was gradual and the diffuser was the only thing we changed. I made sure to carpet clean his old pee spots because they will pee over areas that smell like pee prior to diffusing. Now I turn off the diffuser when I’m home and turn it on an hour before I leave anywhere. Marking drop by 90%. The few times he marked this last month were only when I forgot to turn on the diffuser. I’m hoping I can transition him off of it over time. In the mean time, I’m super happy! Also, I initially thought my diffuser was broken when I first got it but customer service reached out quickly and helped me realize that it was working (I couldn’t see the tiny light unless the room was dark). Overall I’m super grateful! Also, my dog uses a pee pad and this didn’t seem to hinder his use of that thankfully!

When I ordered them, they sent me Australian outport plugs. Now I live in America so obviously this was a mistake. But I immediately contacted them and they got back to me that same day. They had me send proof of the mistake and that same day, they shipped me out a whole new order. Without any extra cause they also let me keep the old one which says a lot. I can confidently say they deserve five stars!!

We have two new puppies and needed help! I sent off and got three of these units. I didn’t think they were working but I was wrong. Turn them on in a dark place and you will see the blue light. I feel confident we made a good decision!

Night terrors gone. Dog peaceful. We can all finally sleep through the night without whimpering.

22 May 2025 I have three feral cats and a dog and one of them was peeing on the floor. Ordered two Therapet "DUCKS". When I plugged them in, they did not light. Texted customer service and immediately received a reply and instructions on what to do. I complied and the little faces lit up. No more pee! Thank You, Therapet!

Expensive dog trainers: $2000 and minimal progress. TherapetMD diffusers: $50 and my dog can finally be left alone. Math doesn't lie.
