When I opened my order one of the diffusers had a broken stickstick. Contacted Therapet and they responded very fast and sent out new refills. Only been using the product for not even a week. To early to tell if it works for my territorial cat.

Tha lady i spoke to was excellent.she helped us on pricing and shipment. My dog has full blown arthritis,he it a rottwieler so large dog. She was very simithitic. The product is the best. I am trying to get my vet to use your product. So they can help more dogs.

Rudy hasn't been so rude lately. Our older Yorkie has always (always) been determined to mark territory in the home. Nothing....repeat, nothing would work. This product does. He has curbed his behavior by 95%. When we thought he had relapsed, we determined one of the warmers had quit working. Replaced it - and he's back to being a good boy again.
