My experience with therapy is a good one at first I was skeptical because my dog marks everything I moved to a new apartment and he literally had smelled the scent of other dogs that had lived here previously and peed everywhere. I bought the therapist and within three or four days, maybe I’m not seeing pee anywhere. It’s like a miracle. I can’t believe it’s working and I’m so relieved to not have to clean up every day now if I stay out for too long and he can’t get out I do find a P spot, but that’s not his fault. No one here to let him out. Thank you for this great product.

I purchased Therapet as a one off a few months back as a test for my two cats. The youngest cat has been such a bully to the older cat to the point where he had to go on a urinary diet from stress. Within days the behavior completely changed. Now they sleep on the bed together and are much more relaxed around each other. I was originally skeptical, but I am totally won over! It really works, so I have now subscribed.

CS team was quick to respond and correct my need. Although the product did not work for my pets, they were excellent at cancelling my future order quickly.

I ordered this product because I am going to have a visiting dog. I do not have a dog of my own now. I was hoping this product would help the dog remain calm. While ordering there is a notice that purchasing enrolls you in a subscription. That did not hit me until I clicked on purchase. I had a time trying to find customer service, but did find an email to send to. They did stop the subscription and are sending the product that I want.

I have a young neutered cat that for some strange reason has started to mark territory around the house. My cats are indoor, fixed cats. He has been getting nervous, anxious, and scared about almost everything. He started marking inside cupboards, then dish rack, then furniture and corners of rooms almost everyday. Since I have a diffuser in every room now his markings are seldom happening, maybe once every 1-2 weeks. Im going to continue using them. Thankyou ❤️

I was recently charged for my subscription after my dog had passed away and I forgot to cancel the account. I emailed customer service and Ina was the one that responded to me. She not only credited my account back but she sent the nicest email with her heartfelt condolences. The cancellation was very easy and the response time was within 24 hours. She is the reason that I will be using yall in the future when I decide to get another dog. The product truly works and helped my dog with marking in the house and calming him when I was away.

Plug ins and calming spray have been helping. Customer service is quick to respond and helpful.

As promised so it delivers! Faced with the prospect of having to re-home one of my two cats due to the stress between them. One hated the other and the other became super timid because of it. I had nothing to lose by giving it a try as I didn’t want to give one of them up. Within a week things were starting to change. When the one cat would normally attack the other it would just walk past. The timid cat started to come out of hiding dramatically more. A month and they are different cats and I get to keep both of them!
