I just received my three diffusers and had a question above the power light. This was at 5:45 on a Friday, so I really wasn’t expecting any response for a few days. Within a half hour I received a response from Paul, a customer service rep and he explained in detail what to expect. I followed his instructions which worked, so I wrote back explaining the results. Again Paul wrote back thanking me for the feedback and offered more advice. This type of customer service is greatly appreciated.

I only received my therapet units a couple days ago so I don’t know yet if they are making a difference. When I first plugged one in and pressed the button to turn it on, I did not see it light up like they said it would. After contacting their support site I quickly received an answer about what to do and what the light was to look like. Turns out the light was on but it wasn’t supposed to be bright but rather a very subtle blue light that I could see in a dark room or by cupping it in my hands to darken it so I could see that it was on. I was given very clear instructions about how to see the light and how to contact support if they weren’t on. Very satisfied with their quick response. Some places don’t respond for days and some companies you can hardly get ahold of, not Therapetmd! Thank you

We just started using therapet for our cats who were having marking issues and hissing at each other. In 2 days we can already see a huge difference! We are going to try it for our dogs now too!

As a multi cat household I have tried many different calming diffusers and Therapet is the only one that works for all our cats. We always know when they’ve ran out by their behaviour (2 get picked on). The price is also so much better than the other less effective brand.
