Good product, good customer service!

I needed the help of customer service after placing an order and they went above and beyond to help me. They are truly very kind and caring and I appreciate it so much. I'm happy to purchase from a company like this who not only stands behind their product but makes sure the customer receives the help needed. Thank you so much TherapetMD, you truly are top notch!

I am a believer in the Therapet, we have 5 cats and it has made a real difference in our household. We order on a regular basis but do not have a subscription. About a month ago I received a shipment that indicated I had signed up for a subscription, which I had not. I contacted Paul at Therapet and explained that I had not signed up for one. After some investigating on his part he determined a subscription had been opened by an email close to mine. Not only did he issue a credit for the price of it. He told me to keep it and donate it a local animal shelter if I couldn’t use it. I am as impressed with the management of this company as I am with their product.

The reply was prompt- within two hours of my contact, which is a LOT more than can be said for other concerns I could mentiojn... of course, they didn't have to DO anything but acknowledge contact so jury is not totally in on how helpful they could be. But it's clear they are paying attention

TherapetMD products work great for our 5 cat and foster cat family. Our cats don't mind foster cats in the house anymore and it helps calm new mamas and under socialized kittens. I couldn't foster without them. Customer service is outstanding. I am a current and long time customer and will continue to be in the future.

Our female Bengal cat is now 18 and is quite happy in and outside. Over the last year she has started to pee indoors. We have tried everything and all sorts of tests to find out why and to try and make her stop. I saw therapet advertised on Instagram and thought we could give it a try as nothing else seemed to work. Plugged it in yesterday (slight moan - I bought it on Amazon and it came with a USA plug so buy on the Therapet site as it comes with a UK plug) anyway it actually worked! Last night was the first night in ages she hasn’t pee’d - so thank you!

Therapet product is not only great but their customer service is AWESOME too!
