To start off, I ordered a three pack of diffusers and refills. I received 2 diffusers and a 2 pack of refills. I emailed the company and same day they acknowledged the mistake and remedied it. On to the diffusers, the company says give them 7 days, after 5 my dogs are considerably calmer. I have 7 Chihuahua’s, 2 Rottweiler’s, and a Lab mixed with American Bully. I will say one Chihuahua is 13 and the mix is a puppy so training the young one is up to me, she doesn’t pee in the house but she is high energy it may take a bit more time. The senior dog does continue to have accidents ( though less and less) and she is having mobility issues so the diffusers will naturally help her as much. All in all I’d say I’m quite happy with my purchase and I’m probably going to buy three more to put in other rooms throughout the house.

I have been using this product for my cats for some time and I think it definitely makes a difference in reducing the friction between them. I have a diffuser in 2 areas where they usually hang out. They are easy to use and have no noticeable odor.

They were very easy to work with. Walked me through trying to find the problem with one of my diffusers. We realized that it did not work properly so they are replacing it. Great company to work with.
