Outstanding Customer Service! Timely, professional and definitely strive to make the customer happy!

We used this product originally on our almost feral rescued cat. Now we need to use it again on our recently adopted mini Poogle to address her constant barking, stress and anxiety. It has greatly reduced some of the symptoms and we are working on the rest.

I have several cats that are very territorial and I also foster kittens, which makes the older cats uneasy. I've tried other products but none worked like Therapet. This one calmed everyone down within hours and now they sleep together and there is no more fighting.

Their customer service department is outstanding. They responded to our situation right away and took care of things. We will be back!

Therapet diffusers definitely help with calming our 19month old KooliexVizler. Have ordered extra for different rooms!

We have problems with stray cats peeing on our shoes on the deck. Therapet stopped it, while I had it plugged in outside

I bought my 4 diffusers for my cats and have just ordered some more refills. They seem to be slowly calming and less unwanted peeing everywhere so hopefully over time it will stop completely.

This is working great for my two dogs. My 2 year old bulldog is much calmer and my 12 yr old pug is going outside again to use the toilet. It’s such relief. The checkout process is easy and delivery doesn’t take too long to make its way down under!
