Great customer service. A product arrived damaged and they replaced it. I have been using the plug ins for about 2 weeks now; I have 3 dogs. Two 4yr old female pugs and one 14 yr old MALE chihuahua who constantly marks his territory inside and out. Since using the plug ins the amount of marking in the house has been substantially reduced to the point that many days, there is none. For perspective, prior to to using the plug ins, it was 2-3 times a day DAILY!!!

My cats are much better with this than without. They are calmer and get along better. Before they were your regular cat jerks, now they are still cat jerks, just calmer and less fighting hahahahaha Thank you!!

I have 3 dogs that get very anxious when the yard men come to mow the yard. As long as I have the shutters closed, the dogs will sleep right thru the yard men mowing my back yard. My back door is all glass and they usually bark for 45 minutes while they are there. Using this product totally calmed my dogs to not bark. Also when they hear the ring go off, they would go crazy wild, jumping on my door and constantly barking. This product did help!

My shih tzu Mr. Wiggles (i know, i know) has always been anxious but it turned into full-blown paranoia after a bad grooming experience. He wouldn't let anyone touch him, hid constantly, stopped eating regularly. Broke my heart. Started these diffusers and he gradually came back to his old self. Still wary of strangers but lets me groom him at home now. Huge win.

I have been using therapet for over a year and it works very well. I used to use another brand but Therapet seems to work much better and is less expensive. I highly recommended theie diffusers.
