The product just works!! Easy to order, easy to use. It's a God send! Doesn't work on both my cats, but the one who needs it, it works well for her.

I used another pheromone brand for years. it sort of worked, but not with great notice. Then I adopted a young boy kitten (Sugar) for my middle-aged female who had lost her partner a year prior. I chose to hold out on neutering him for as long as possible so his urinary tract developed fully. There came a time when he became extremely rambunctious, hormones flowing.... and time outs weren't working anymore to calm him. The pheromone spray I had on hand was useless. I did some research, stumbling upon TheraPetMD. It seemed promising... I read terrific reviews. I continued to research but, I wasn't finding anything that seemed better... so I ordered 2 diffusers to try. Oh my.... I was impressed. Within an hour of first plugging them in, the young man calmed immensely. TheraPetMD enabled Sugar to mature into a still playful but gentle (relatively) young man. Initially I had them plugged in 24/7. For the first time Sugar began taking long naps; and my older girl could finally relax as well. After a month of the diffusers being on 24/7 I began to turn them off for a portion of the day.. turning them back on when Sugar would begin to act out. Once on, TheraPetMD instantly calmed him in a natural way. He has remained playful with much less edge. Sugar was neutered at 10 months, early summer. With the windows all open and more space and more outside distractions I didn't need the diffusers for quite a while. But now that winter is approaching and the windows mostly closed, I just purchased more TheraPetMD to have on hand. Its a great product.

One of my diffusers stopped working almost immediately. I contacted customer service by email, and received a quick response from Paul. He was absolutely wonderful through our whole situation, even to wish each other well when we said goodbye. I so wish the world would get onboard with great customer service like this!

I was hesitant to buy crazy stuff like this but I had to do something! I have two full time indoor cats and two part time. They are all rescues and have been Neutered BUT my eldest cat has began to spray anything in his way. I’m sure it’s because I have another FT kitty in here now but it drives me mad!!! I give the diffuser a try and surprisingly his spraying has come to a minimum thank goodness!! I’m not sure how but this cute little duck diffuser sure did work on him!!! He’s a grumpy old man but “Duckie” has calmed him down!!!

After using a different product, which did seem to help, I decided to switch to TheraPetMD diffusers for two of my cats who just don't get along with each other. The younger one loves to bully the older one!! After reading about the new product, I felt I should give it a try to see if it really would do a better job-----and after only 3 days of using it, so far I think it has improved my situation here----but there's more room for improvement given time. I got a lot of help from John in Customer Support. He was able to answer any of my questions and has guided me along the way of making my decision to change companies. I give much thanks and appreciation to John for his patience with me!!!

Works great. I have a male rescue that was severly abused and he was clawing and biting . I bought Therapet it calmed him down. I love the product.
