Although the product didn't work for my two dogs after one week, I'm happy to say that customer service was fantastic. I was refunded quickly and without question.

So far it is working. I had gotten a new cat and my older cat is not having any of the new one. They don't seem to be fighting.

The customer service is exceptional..the male dog is difficult, still a few issues… I’ll keep working at it… Djh

I have senior dogs and one has dementia and often potties in the house. I’m hoping these will help.

I purchased the calming kit once before since I dog sit! I feel that it did work for some of the dogs. Since this is my slow time I am reordering to see if it works better with less dogs! I definitely noticed that my house didn’t have as much of a doggie smell!

I was pleasantly suprised when my puppy mill breeder I am rehabilitating began going less through out the house and has now confined it to one area. I’m adding another unit in hopes we can eliminate her need to pee indoors for good. So far significant progress.

The people at therapetMD were very helpful. I wasn’t sure my unit was working and the helped me troubleshoot. The dogs appear calmer. I would recommend.
