I received my order on 16th October and although the packaging was fine, one of the refill bottles had leaked (cap wasn’t on securely). TherapetMD were amazing and have replaced the bottle free of charge. Great customer service. My cats are also much calmer with each other so the product obviously works. Highly recommended

Purchased the diffusers to help with our foster dogs and their separation and general anxieties. Destructive habits seem to have gone down and our kitchen isn't left a complete mess when we come home. Customer service were helpful when I was having trouble with one of the diffusers.
