Unfortunately, despite setting up 2 diffusers, the product did not lessen the aggressive cat fighting (I took in a new rescue and my 2 of my 7 other cats hate her -- I've never had this kind of aggression in my multi-cat household before so no clue what is going on). I gave it 3 weeks with no discernible results. I emailed inquiring about the money-back guarantee expecting to be given the runaround, but the company's response was prompt, non-judgmental, and accommodating. My refund was handled promptly and accurately. Not everything is going to work every time, but a company that honors its guarantees without drama is still a company worth doing business with.

I can't be 100% sure, but my 2 nervous cats seem calmer and more likely to snuggle with us than before we started using the diffusers a year ago.

My 2 kitties seem to Hate each other! One wants to play Continually and the other doesn't want to play at all. So the one who wants to play gets frustrated and literally jumps on the other and then the fight begins. Ugh. Since I started using the Therapet diffusers I have noticed a real difference in their behavior. I only gave it 4 stars because I think I need to put one more diffuser in the bedroom. I was skeptical, but I truly have seen a difference. And I think when I put another diffuser up it'll be even better. Thank you.

These cat diffusers are awesome. Once they been plugged in, my cats do calm down and fight with each other less. They sure make a difference in the household. Definitely recommend 👍

Seemed to calm my new pup. The potting in house slowly stopped. I just ordered for 3rd time. I do think they don't last 30 days though. Only complaint I have other than price. I haven't ordered in long time but with big discount today I was able to order again. I'm glad they now have spray to use in the car!

I have been using this for almost a month now and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in one of my cats as she does seem to have stopped urinating outside of the box. This is due to an aggressive cat that we have and I don’t really see that this has helped to calm his behavior that much. There is a cat that also messes with him which won’t be living with us in a few more weeks so we will see as time goes on if this helps with his aggression. Hoping in another month that stops.
