I've had a great experience with Theradome, both using their product and speaking with their customer service when I had some trouble understanding how to get the unit up and running initially. I wasn't sure about how this would work, but it's so easy. And when I started noticing that my shedding was decreasing, I was over joyed. I had a recheck with my dermatologist about 4 months in and she could see new growth at my temples. I'm very happy that I tried this product for my thinning hair. I can already tell a difference and I plan to continue to use it indefinitely. I would say take the chance. This works!

I was able to reach a live chat representative quickly and through photos and discussion was able to determine what the problem was concerning the cable and the helmet connection. As I use my helmet 3x per week, I’ve seen improvement in hair growth especially in areas that were thinning. Rather than spend the time and money trying to locate a repair company, I decided to purchase with offered discount on a brand new Pro.

Great product! I have seen less hair fall and with consistent use I will better results.

My hair has thickened and is no longer falling out

I have been using the Theradome LH80 since 2016 and I have had outstanding results. I was able to restore my hair and I have been extremely happy with the product. I had to replace the battery after 450 uses, which seems reasonable. I spoke with customer service and ordered a new battery, which I had to pay for since it is out of warranty.

My Dermatologist hair therapy department recommended the Theradome. I purchased in 2020 and have had great results. I started to have thinning hair, took pictures at the beginning of using the Theradome and again after 4 months, already there was a difference with more hair in my part and less hair loss. The battery wasn't charging after 268 sessions, customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable, no problem to get a replacement battery. I would recommend the Theradome for hair loss, easy to use.

I have had two. Both died early. Nearly $2K in retail value. Last one dies just a few days after the 1 year period. Theradome would not honor, even though I own a high-end salon, which has resulted in people seeing the product, having it explained, then buying online. For any client that asks, Theradome will be the last laser helmet we would recommend. For nearly $1K, this should last several years and/or several hundred uses. From a longevity standpoint, purchase at your own peril.
