Awesome product and results! I am 75 and have been struggling with thinning hair for many years using filler powders to mask my increasing thin patches of hair. My dermatologist took blood tests that determined that I had hereditary alopecia and suggested low level laser treatment and several brands, Theradome being one of them. I went with Theradome because I felt their website had less hype, better information and prices. I have been using my helmet for over a year twice a day everyday. I HAVE HAIR. Which has been confirmed by my Dermatologist and all of my friends. All of my thin patches have mostly filled in and I’ve been able to let my very short hair grow out to one length. At the end of my warranty I bought the extended warranty, one of my better life choices since my helmet needed repair several months later. I called them and did not get the usual telephone run around. Customer service was extraordinary first sending me a replacement battery and charging cord and the wonderful representative gave me her direct number to facilitate any future issues, When the battery was not the solution I returned the unit. It was repaired and returned to me within two weeks. It works! I love it! My only regret is that I didn’t get the more expensive model. Theradome is a great company with a terrific product and outstanding customer service.

I’ve use Thera dome since 2016, great results. I use twice a week, customer service from Thera dome is also great. I recommend this product to anyone whom needs thinker hair

I’ve been using my Theradome for over 5 years and can honestly say it did help with my hair loss and I’ve grown new hair, too! I had to contact customer service recently because my puppy ate the charging cord. New cord coming! Thank you Theradome and Jose.

THIS ACTUALLY WORKS! At age 50n my hair was coming out faster thn needles falling from Charlie Brown's pitiful Christmas tree. My husband was aghast. To clean the vacuum roller He had to CUT AWAY wads of hair every use. I knew he was worried when he agreed on the spot to buy the "Hair Helmet' after seeing a TV add. My hair is thicker and the stands are going back to normal, not crinkled, damaged strands.

Since beginning to use my Theradome 'helmet' nine-ten years ago my hair loss has resulted in a status of NO hair loss! I am totally satisfied with this product and have suggested its use to several friends. This unit has been very dependable and has worked faithfully with no problems since I purchased it. I've only needed to replace the battery at a nominal cost.

BEEN LOVING MY THERADOME HELMET! THE EASE AND CONVENIENCE OF THE UNIT IS APPRECIATED AND I HAVE DEFINITELY EXPERIENCED IMPROVEMENTS! MY WIDENED PART HAS NARROWED AND LESS FALLOUT OVERALL! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME....I HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY IMMEDIATELY RESPONDED AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM! DON'T WANT TO EVER BE WITHOUT MY THERADOME!!

I did red light therapy before over my whole body and it worked well. I’d say the Theradome does the same for the scalp.
