Stephen B was an absolutely amazing photographer. He made everyone feel comfortable during every aspect of the wedding. And you can see that in the photos, they don’t look posed, they feel so natural and perfect. The pros were so easy to work with and I would 12/10 recommend!

Booking a wedding during the 2020 calendar year was not an easy task for anyone, so this review is with that in mind. After not getting fluent communication on the availability of vendors and having all initial three (DJ, Photo & videographer) cancel on us, I was very nervous about our choice to go with The Pros as the wedding date approached. After writing them my displeasure, I was quickly put on the phone with the CEO Hugh Riley, who helped calm me down and assured me that he could get adequately skilled people back onto our team. Although I gave specific directions more than once via email and phone, requesting that no one at the wedding be photographed or videotaped wearing a mask as I couldn’t use that footage; my request was still not honored. So many of the photos had guests wearing masks and made both my post-photo and video editor's job very difficult. Thankfully, I also have knowledge of editing myself and was able to salvage much of the Raw Footage I received from the videographer for our wedding reel. Now onto the more positive; The photographer Jose was EXCELLENT and captured most of the requested shots beautifully. We love our photos and after having them edited by a professional third party elsewhere, they were even more gorgeous. The DJ, Genaro, was very professional as well, and EXCELLENT. He met with us several weeks prior to the event to get all our requests for the special day correct. My wife supplied all the songs in order from cocktail hour to end of reception for Genaro from her online music account and the night went flawlessly. The videographer Dan worked hard throughout the night and got creative at times with the video angles, and luckily, he had set up a backup camera, or the hand-held video footage alone would not have been very usable. In the end, due to a lot of preparation from our side knowing what we wanted and The Pros coming through last minute thanks to Hugh's call and action plan, we are able to enjoy our photos and video reel for decades to come. My advice is to have a backup plan on how to preserve your memories. Order the raw footage and seek out video specialists/editors for the raw footage to put it together wonderfully. If you need a second videographer, don’t be afraid to get one - its important. Be sure you know what you want and how you are going to achieve it. Write it all down. Send it to every vender. Be specific. Do not sit back and let anyone else just 'take over' on your most special day. As a couple you need to be involved in capturing every moment the way you like it. We were able to get a great value working with The Pros, due to knowing exactly what to expect and being proactive supplementing where we needed to. I was glad to see Hugh, the very CEO of the company step in and give me his guarantee. I’d expect nothing less. I would recommend them to anyone who is ready to meet them halfway and put in effort to guarantee their wedding day success.

The pros is the what we have been looking for. With the pandemic we had make alot of changes and renee(our consultant) was very helpful with everything. She was just a email away for us. Camilla and dave did an amazing job with the photos and videos. Couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to cover our wedding than The pros. The pics turned out so good. we are waiting for the wedding video but am sure its gonna be amazing too. You guys are the best

The Pros accommodated our change of plans when we significantly downsized our wedding due to COVID restrictions. We were no longer permitted to have a dance floor, so they helped us change our services from having a DJ to a videographer. Hugh was fantastic! Very attentive and conscientious and got along well with our wedding party. He captured the entire ceremony and a lot of special moments throughout the day that we can now share with our friends and family members that could not be there.

I got married during the pandemic and both my photographer and DJ still showed up ready to participate in one of the happiest days of my life. The photographer, Kim, was very flexible with what I wanted, despite my poor descriptions and really having no clue. The DJ, Rob, was beyond patient with my forever changing mind, and played the exact music I was hoping for to provide me and my guests with an amazing time! Also, I am now editing this review because of the reply I got from The Pros for my review. I have no idea who Nick is and who he stepped in for, and Erin was not my consultant.. Her name was Lauren. Whoever replied to my review from the Pros needs to check their facts before representing their business.

So thankful for the Pros and how flexible they were during COVID! Everyone was professional and eager to help us with adjustments during this tough time. They made our special day perfect and captured so many beautiful moments.

Great services and coordination from a central company. Have used them twice so far and both experiences were fantastic. Takes a lot of stress away from a situation that is stressful enough.

We found the pros at a bridal expo and knew we made the right decision by choosing them. Hugh our photographer was such a pleasure to work with he did an AMAZING job, the pictures are absolutely beautiful. We truly couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the photos. Thank you so so much for capturing moments we’ll be able to have forever!
