Due to COVID my original photographer was not available anymore, however, I received a call that they have already found me a new photographer. I'm so thankful for that great service. It was something I didn't have to worry about. Nick was a great photographer. He was flexible on where we were taking photos throughout the day and made that part of the day special and stress free. The photos came out amazing and I can't wait to get copies to hang in our house. I also want to say that my coordinator Erin was also great and always available to me if i had any questions or concerns. She was always on top of things.

We chose to use the Pros to cover three of our wedding vendors. We had Steve for our DJ and he was fantastic! Due to covid we were not allowed to have a dance floor, so Steve came up with some games for all of our guests to safely play while being socially distanced. Everyone had a blast! Our photographer was Stephanie and she was such a sweetheart! She did our engagement photoshoot and the photos came back so quickly and beautiful! We can't wait to get our photos back from the wedding! Our videographers name was also Steve and he was so responsive to us and helped us out to livestream our wedding for all of our friends and family who were not able to attend the wedding. We are hoping to do another event next year to celebrate our anniversary with all the friends and family who were not able to make it, and we will be 100% be using the Pros again. We would recommend The Pros to everyone who is planning their wedding. They are a 3 in 1 system and they make everything so easy for you! All of their staff is super friendly and professional!

I had an excellent experience with The Pros. Even having to plan and re-plan our wedding several times our rep, Lynn was always pleasant to work with and worked hard to make sure we were using our money wisely for our Covid wedding. Our photographer, Tom, was wonderful! He gave clear directions while staying friendly and was able to capture the most amazing photos. As stressful as being a 2020 bride was, The Pros made it so I didn't have to worry about that part at all!

Ashely did amazing!! She walked us through everything! My husband and I got married during this pandemic and we had to cut down on guests a lot. We originally had a DJ for our venue but because of everything we had to cancel our venue and switch to a videographer and they made it so easy!

ThePros really did us good. The photographer Tom worked all night constantly and got all the shots. I was amazed by the quality and the great shots he got We! We got to keep them ALL. Our DJ Norman got EVERY SINGLE PERSON up and dancing. Everyone had a blast at our wedding and we get nothing but compliments for all the fun had. Great songs and he was ON IT. This company is a MUST!

I planned by daughter’s wedding and this was a first time experience for me. I found The Pros after google search and was able to secure both a DJ for the reception and a photographer. After reading other reviews, I selected individuals and The Pros made sure I was able to connect with them early in the planning. This helped to ease stress in actually speaking with Tomiko, the photographer, and Tyrone T-Bone, the DJ, to form a working relationship. Tomiko and Tyrone T-Bone were absolutely awesome and were there along the process of wedding planning to help with any questions and to provide guidance. Tomiko’s friendliness and fun filled attitude helped to ease the bridal party nervousness and Tyrone T-Bone got everyone up on the dance floor. T-Bone ensured the smooth flow of the reception timeline and Tomiko captured shots that really paint the picture of the reception. I highly recommend them for what they do and making my daughter’s wedding a success. Thank you.

My now-husband and I decided to book our wedding photographers through The Pros Photography, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision! We were so happy to not only be assigned two photographers, but we were also assigned a Customer Service Manager who regularly checked in on us to make sure we were meeting deadlines and were making our wants and needs clearly listed for “The Big Day.” Our CSM Janine was so kind and easy to communicate with, which really helped put this bride’s mind at ease! She answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable about the company’s services. Our photographers David and Jillian were the absolute best. The two of them made sure every detail of our wedding was captured, from decor photos to posed photos and candid shots. The two worked together great and were able to bounce ideas off of each other and were very open to any ideas or suggestions we had as well. We ended up with the most stunning wedding photos that are even more beautiful than we imagined! David and Jillian were able to capture all of the emotions and love that was being felt in the exact moment. We also strongly recommend The Pros because of their excellent “Package Deals.” We were able to hire two photographers for several hours, receive touched up digital photos and a printed photo album at a very competitive cost compared to other vendors we looked in to. A picture is worth a thousand words, and the smiles on our faces says it all! You’ll be glad you hired The Pros!

The Pro’s played the music for our daughters wedding and did a fabulous job with choice of music for everyone. The problem, the music was so extremely loud for the area, which was a nice size room but still extremely loud and never a break. They should know how loud to play music for a wedding knowing there are elderly people. Even the younger people were saying it was too loud. Other than that, maybe a few more slow dances but perfect.
