We had a wonderful experience. We could not have asked for a better DJ or photographer. The Pros made our event so special.

Evelyn was so professional. I loved her work. She said she is a journalistic photographer and really loves capturing a story. I think she captured the story of my wedding really well. She really paid attention to what I wanted and did that. I love all the pictures and am working on piecing together a photo album for her to create. I am so happy with her work.

ATROCIOUS customer service! Take your business elsewhere! We paid over $1200 for a wedding photo package, providing the photographer with a list of pictures we wanted ahead of time. We received a pack of photos that COMPLETELY LACKED over half of what we asked for, including a FIRST KISS, groom with parents, bride with bridesmaid, etc. Routine stuff! We’ll never get those memories back! Customer service agreed that the service was unacceptable but did nothing except promise that more photos would be uploaded. When that didn’t happen, we requested a refund. We were then forwarded to the VP of Production. He was supposed to follow up with us but didn't. So we contacted him, and it appeared he barely looked over our photos or complaint because he said he didn't know what was missing. He felt that the issue wasn't the company's fault, and said maybe it was that the photographer had insufficient time or a wedding coordinator changed plans. We didn't even have a wedding coordinator! Our simple ceremony had only 30 guests, and the photographer left before he used up all the time we paid for! Somehow the company “found” more pictures to upload, but our list was still only about half fulfilled as most of the new additions were clearly reject pictures (photos of my two year old’s feet, pictures of people’s backs, etc.) The VP ignored our refund request, and instead said essentially that they could photoshop people in and out to make things work, or else give us a one hour photo session to make up for it. Seriously? We had family in from all over the country for our wedding and you want to make up for it with random family photos taken on a Tuesday or some photoshops? Satisfaction guarantee is a lie, and now we’re looking for a lawyer. Don’t trust your memories with these people.

I had Ashlee as my photographer, Gohar as my videographer, and Latif as my DJ and they were ALL AMAZING! I was BLOWN AWAY. Everyone was so nice over the phone and listened to all my requests. Ashlee got to the venue earlier than me and got me all set up before my mattradee even came to me! She knew exactly what to shoot and listened to any requests I made. We just got all the pictures and OMG THEY ARE SO BEAUTIFUL. She captured every moment perfectly. I had a lot of family members and some rowdy bridal party people to corral and she got everyone to listen to finish the pictures in the time I requested. She was confident and ON POINT. Not only a photographer, she helped my guests with questions they had about walking into the reception, she handed me my lip gloss before I walked in, which I hadn't even thought of, and she was asking how I was doing and if I needed water or food at the cocktail hour. SHE WAS ON IT. Gohar was amazing as well and they both worked so well together to get great shots. We cannot WAIT to see the video. Latif did everything I requested even the things that were not so traditional. Me and my husband wanted to walk in separately to different songs and I had a certain part of the song I wanted to walk into and he was so sweet about it and did exactly what we asked. Everything went so smoothly and he played EVERY song I requested. All my guests are still telling how amazing Latif was. The Pros is an amazing company I HIGHLY recommend them especially Ashlee, Gohar and Latif. The price was unbelievable and the attention to detail and what they delivered was more than I ever thought possible. They were quick to reach and always called back in a timely matter with any questions or concerns I had. Just WOW. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my day just that much more special xo

I used The Pros photography services. Dale F was our photographer. I highly recommend Dale. He took very beautiful pictures. I really didn't have any ideas as far as what poses I wanted or specific moments I wanted captured and he had a lot of great ideas and guided us on what to do. He's very friendly and has a calming presence. I know it wasn't easy for him since I wasn't giving him a lot of direction in what I wanted since I didn't know what I wanted, and I just appreciate him working with us and going above and beyond to get really amazing pictures. I was able to view my pictures online roughly 2 weeks after the wedding which I thought was very fast. I had heard a couple of my friends complaining that it took a few months to get their wedding pictures so I was really excited when I had received mine so quickly. I had price shopped around and The Pros was one of the more reasonable options. I think they have wonderful service and they didn't break the bank so I really can't say enough good things.

The Pros was so professional and responsive. Once our big day came closer both the disc jockey Chris and photographer Rob took the time to make sure everything was the way we wanted it to be. I would recommend the Pros to everyone; super affordable, dependable, kind, and helpful!

We payed top price for a DJ that has never done a full wedding forgot the microphone. My wedding coordinator’s husband had to run out and get a microphone. Played full songs didn’t mix. Management has not yet resolved this issue. Please don’t waste your money. Very disappointed.
