I came in to see the Prehab team because of a lower back injury- I’d never been to physical therapy before but I am very happy that I did. To start, the facility itself is just awesome- very inviting and clean atmosphere. The staff is very helpful and easy to talk to. It’s clear that they really know what they’re talking about and I myself received a great education in terms of how to take care of my injury and make progress going forward. I'm a personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise and getting clients back to the activities they enjoy. I have found the exercise library to be the best tool I have found to help my clients do their exercises at home to supplement their work with me. It is not only extensive, but easy to use and create and send a personalized program to each client. I also use it to keep their workouts fresh with the addition of a new exercise every so often. There is always plenty to choose from and I can use different guidelines to find what I'm looking for. I have tried using other programs, but this is definitely my number one choice and the best I've seen! Thanks Prehab Guys!

The program was good, it did the job and saved me a lot of time and money going to my Physio. My only problem was with the APP. I found it not very user friendly, I never bothered to work out all its functions, too complicated and slow. The speed of loading might have to do with my connection. As it got the job done I would recommend it.

The prehab guys give out 5* info for free. Every video is brilliant and applicable and doesn’t take ages to do in order to see results and almost instant relief/improvements.
