The pricing on the pool cover and accessories were some of the lowest online and about 150$ cheaper than our local pool store. I did find description wise sizing leads you to believe it is oversized to overlap the pool enough and takes into account your stairs so you can secure around the sides of your pool. FYI the pool sizing does not take into account the length for your stairs. Be sure to add for that length when ordering and you'll be fine.

good sturdy pool pillow. I would order another one if I needed to.

I ordered a new pool cover and found the web site to be easy to use. I was instantly notified thru email that the order was in process. They communicated with me every step of the way. Four days later the cover was delivered as planned. Thanks guys for being very professional and delivering a quality product.

A little disappointed! I purchased one of the pricier pool covers because it was advertised as a "mesh" cover, which is what I wanted for durability and allowing water to pass through. The cover I received appears to be the same as other traditional tarp style covers. I feel like this is dishonest marketing. Only time will tell if the cover will last any better than the traditional tarp style covers. The site also showed a 15 year warranty and the paperwork I received with the cover shows it comes with a 12-Year Limited Warranty.

One phone call to customer service and my order was finalized. I spoke to a staff member within 2 rings and not at a call center. Little tweaks on the measurements for my pool cover were handled with a couple of questions from their staff. Ordering was simple and customer service was fantastic. I would order again for pricing and customer service. What more can you ask for these days? Tough to review the item currently, but it is definitely as ordered and the fit is perfect.
