Outside box for transport was pitiful and can't get water tube caps to close.

The pool cover was shabby, hanging thread on all edges. I will be returning for refund.

Pool cover was fine, but the cable was too short about 2 feet! It's great when you put the pool cover on, but the cable is too short.

We ordered a 20 x 38 blue cover and received a 18 x 36 green cover that even had someone else's name on the label. When we called, the respondent made it seem as though we were incorrect and it should be the correct cover. But as we looked further into the cover, it was indeed not the one that we ordered.

A little disappointed! I purchased one of the pricier pool covers because it was advertised as a "mesh" cover, which is what I wanted for durability and allowing water to pass through. The cover I received appears to be the same as other traditional tarp style covers. I feel like this is dishonest marketing. Only time will tell if the cover will last any better than the traditional tarp style covers. The site also showed a 15 year warranty and the paperwork I received with the cover shows it comes with a 12-Year Limited Warranty.

I bought a sinter cover for a 24' round pool which indicated that it was actually 27' in size to hang over the sides by 3 ft. It didn't even hang over by 3 inches!

Ordered a winter cover for my pool size. Got it quick in the mail but the cover is too small. I will now have to order a bigger size to make sure it fits and does not fall in over the winter.
