Rose with the Plant life is amazing!
My experience with Rose was wonderful! She is so knowledgeable and was very attentive to my goals. She provided amazing support and her recipes are DELICIOUS! I had incredible results following her program and would recommend it to everyone.

Amazing macros and fitness coaching program!!
Rose was so easy to talk to, it felt like we were old friends instantly which made it so easy to communicate my diet related issues and struggles with her. She introduced me to lots of great vegan foods that helped me stay on track. With her guidance I lost over 20 pounds in 3 months eating more than I had in years. It has been over a year now and I am down a total of 27 pounds. I highly recommend Rose as both a macros and fitness coach, she got me amazing results that have lasted!!
