Rose and her team are amazing! The whole process has been very organized and I've felt very supported along the way. I've been super impressed with the whole process. I would highly recommend PLCU for coaching. This has been a great experience.

I’ve been vegan for years- for ethical reasons, not for my health. And my health was on a downward spiral. I joined -honestly- PCLU to get some good healthy low cal recipes. What I got was so much more! I am healthier and more energetic than I have been I. Years. I am learning how to be a healthy vegan by watching macros in addition to calories. Along with all of this I learned about how to eat better for my post menopause self and I also got a whole GROUP of coaches to help me when I need it. Yes, I have lost weight and will probably keep losing. Yep, I am developing healthy exercise habits. But I am actually happier. (Pssst: I think it’s the protein😁)

I had a wonderful experience working with Sara! I initiated my journey to regaining control of my health with this company and I hated exercising. Sara gave me the support and encouragement to keep going and I am so grateful that she did. I exercise regularly now and have gained muscle mass, which is very exciting and rewarding. Thank you, Sara!!

Sara is an amazing coach!! Very kind, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. She helped me design a sustainable plan that worked for my busy lifestyle. I also learned how to incorporate more plant based protein and delicious plant based desserts into my diet.

I did a 6 week program that focuses on nutrition. Before starting this, I was so overwhelmed with information. I didn't know what macros were, what I was supposed to eat, how I was supposed to enjoy eating..it was all stressful! Then I worked with Sara. She was so supportive and changed my perspective on nutrition. In the time I worked with her, I lost 5lbs (very stubborn lbs). I love how supportive the PLCU community is!

Had a great experience with Rose and her team. Coach Tania is AWESOME! I learned so much from her. Always available, constructive advice, very positive and giving. The group is supportive and encouraging, willing to share tips and experiences and help you celebrate your wins.

Working with coach Sara has been great. I love the weekly check in process where I can share my struggles and get feedback. I’m seeing massive changes in my body in just the few months I’ve been working with PLCU and I extended my contract, too. I know all the tools I need are there and can’t wait to see what’s in store as I keep moving through the program. I was “fit” and i worked out, but I wasn’t happy with my results. I wasn’t sure how to eat plant based the right way and I didn’t have a plan. I would just wing it on the daily and this program was worth it to me because I’m now on a path and starting to seeing results that I was working so hard for but not seeing before. I wasn’t eating enough and I was heavier than I am now. I’m eating 2x more food per day and have lost a few lbs. for me I don’t really mind the scale, it’s how I look and feel. I re-established my relationship with hunger and my muscles are getting stronger with each week. So grateful I signed up.

Rose and her team are great! I learned so much over the course of the year working with them - from mental shifts to how I show up, how to hold myself accountable for my workouts and of course nutrition. Macros are truly the missing piece to understanding how to reach my goals and as a vegan, having an experienced coach who was also vegan was extremely important to me. The patience, kindness and commitment that Rose had towards my journey was what made it all click for me. Could I do this on my own? Maybe but it would take so much longer. If you’re thinking about hiring a coach and are vegan with body comp and fat loss goals, Rose and her team are it!
