Was concerned paying for such a large purchase originally but checked out their reviews and had no problems. Great people, answered all my questions and shipped quickly. Machine in great shape, we were playing minutes after delivery. I knew it was to late to get it here for Christmas but they did. Will buy from them again. Thx, Coop

Awesome experience from the time I ordered, working with customer service, on-time delivery, professional set-up, etc. I would truly recommend The Pinball Company to everyone. This was my first experience with a Pinball machine and I received quality trouble shooting walking me through a couple minor/easy adjustments. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!

This company was great. Everything is very straight forward and explained well. The installers were great and showed us everything we needed to know about the game. The machine itself is in excellent condition. I would definitely buy from them again.

my experience with the pinball company was excellent from the phone call i placed to order the unit (a very professional ,and well mannered young lady assisted me with my phone order) to the delivery men whom brought the unit into my home. ( i paid extra for inside delivery, and it was worth it )
