Disappointing customer service
I’m unable to rate the equipment, but I had a very disappointing first customer service experience. Unfortunately, our purchasing agent miscommunicated the entry door size, and the unit could not be installed. We fully owned the error and called the company to see if there was a way to pay to have machine disassembled and then reassembled. The gentleman I spoke to told me that the machine could be disassembled, but that it was my problem because we provided wrong information. I acknowledged that the error was on us, but I was trying to figure out what my options, and since I paid $1,200 for the delivery and setup, I was hoping he could help me figure this out. His tone changed, and he became argumentative. He told me they don’t even provide the delivery and setup anymore, and that he didn’t know why his wife agreed to it. He proceeded to tell me that I need to figure it out with the delivery because they had already been paid. So I asked if that was it, and he wasn’t willing to help me try to figure it out. He again reminded me that the problem was mine and hung up on me. Like I said, disappointing.

"Unfortunately, our purchasing agent miscommunicated the entry door size, and the unit could not be installed. We fully owned the error and called the company to see if there was a way to pay to have machine disassembled and then reassembled." Customer admits they made an error and the machine would not fit. Then attacks us for not making it fit. One star review for this customer and her attitude.
