The Pinball CompanyReviews of thepinballcompany.com

Rude and poor customer service. I don't know what is it with the Pinball scene and bad customer service but honestly finding companies that don't come back sarcastic or rude is VERY hard to find. I imagine its ran by old people who think its OK to be poor in customer services.

You'd be a moron to buy anything from these guys. So overpriced and zero customer service. Glad I canceled my order when I realized the machine was double the normal price.

I hate writing negative reviews but sometimes is just warranted. This company advertises a "best price" guarantee however when you provide them with a better price (from a legit vendor) they refuse to match or counter with anything. Both Nic and his wife are rude, impatient and borderline hostile, actually told me they didn't have time for "this" and to submit the vendor pricing and details to them via their website; as if it's my responsibility to perform their due-diligence! If they are this hostile and untrustworthy when it comes to price-matching, imagine what it will be like when you need a repair or simple assistance? Glad I didn't buy from them!

3 months to reply to my review, stating that all I had to do was return the machine? You have 12 month return policy. Your business practices are deplorable.

I ordered a pinball machine for my child for Christmas for 8600. I called after weeks and they said it had been stuck with the shipping company. I have contacted them numerous times as well as the delivery company and they keep saying it's on its way. Needless to say my child did not get her gift and it's Dec 31st and I was told it is not their problem. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Customer service is non existent.

This is the worst customer service company I have ever encountered. After 3 weeks of ordering a Rolling Stones pinball machine, I had to contact them to find out what the delay was, only to be told there were electrical issues they were trying to resolve. After another week of false promises, the machine was still not working properly and we had to ask for a refund. At no time did Brooke offer any type of restitution for replacing it with another machine. Only at full cost of a replacement. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY WISE CONSUMER....FOR $7000, they should have been conciliatory and amendable to their customers!!

if I be honest they will lose business

This company was great when trying to sell the pinball machine to me. They were very informative about General information about machines and maintenance. However, after the actual sale they did not really follow through with anything they said they would without prompting and prodding. When I received my machine there were some broken parts that had not been previously disclosed. I knew I was purchasing a used machine but (name) told me they were completely redurbished and restored to working order. When I took pictures and requested the parts (name) said she had one of those machines coming in soon and would send the part off that particular machine. She never did! There were a set of keys missing and I was told "those keys are ALWAYS hanging inside the locked door". Those keys were absolutely not on that door or anywhere inside the machine. (name) told me they would do phone tech calls if anything went wrong for the lifetime of the machine and in most cases it was just a "simple switch issue". This did Not turn out to be the case with my pinball machine. I quite literally had less than 5 hours in the machine and 3 bumpers quit working, while 1 never worked from the beginning and a part broke inside the play board (which they said they would replace and did not; mentioned above). I ended up having to sell this machine to the repair man they recommended for me because it was too much to fix. I owned this machine just a little over 1 year and rarely played it. I paid $4000 and had to sell it for $2000 a year later. Total loss and poor investment on my part. Now if this is the kind of reputation they are trying to build then well done The Pinball Company. I would NEVER speak a good words about them to anyone, and oddly enough I know a couple people that were in the market to purchase a machine recently. One thing they did do right is, they actually picked up the phone everytime I called, they blew smoke but they did answer the phone. Most calls were not returned without having to call them Back myself though
