Gently dried only
Gently dried only, I use fish protein. I would like a fresh option for this. Had a question re ordering that I did wrong, and customer service was great fixing it. My dogs like are eating it, not quite as much gusto as fresh.

My dogs gobble up every bite!
I have a super picky elderly dog and he is eating every meal with gusto! I have him eating the beef stew and giving him beef and berries as treats- shhhhh.... don't tell him it's healthy!

It was touch and go on dogs wanting to…
It was touch and go on dogs wanting to eat food. After 2 weeks they come running when they hear the click of the lid. I was confused on billing then after checking receipt I understood. Great support from customer service. Fur Babies are healthy and happy .

My dog Shuggie is 15 and LOVES meal…
My dog Shuggie is 15 and LOVES meal time instead of just treat time! She is waiting for me every morning and every night to fill up her bowl. I’m so pleased with making this switch and it’s more convenient than dog food that needs to be refrigerated. Well done!

The wet food in a bag was not my dogs…
The wet food in a bag was not my dogs thing. She wouldn’t touch it. Tech support gave me an idea of adding a bit of warm water. Now I just had a wetter food. She did like the sample air dried kibble beef and berries. She was excited about the air dried food. So I switched her plans. Now she thinks it’s a treat and will only be hand fed. I also have to break those little squares in half for her little Shihtsu mouth. Today I gave her a bit of her science diet I/d and she loved it. Soooo I don’t know. Maybe I’ll just order air dried for her healthy treat and keep her on Science Diet

We understand that your dog didn’t take to the wet food, even after trying the tip from tech support, but that she enjoyed the sample air-dried beef and berries and became excited about it. We also hear that she now treats it as a special treat and that portion sizes need to be adjusted for her small Shihtzu mouth.
