An order was received today that I never confirmed on their site!!!! The Pets Table requires a potential customer set up a Full Info account in order to gain access to the product. I never confirmed an order but one arrived at my door yesterday (If I placed an order, it would have been for both of my dogs vs just one!

I was interested in the product took the Quiz and picked the food out. I proceeded and put my card information in and decided that I really couldn’t afford this so I closed the site out. Today I seen that I was charged! How I never submitted the order! I called and they said that because I put the information in there is nothing they can do but cancel automatic orders. I would not be receiving a refund. I never placed the order what right do they have to charge me when I NEVER HIT SUBMIT! Is this not illegal?I want my money back. I don’t want the product. They seriously need to fix this flaw in their system because this is unacceptable!

It is very difficult to get the ingredients lists for their meals, and my pup happens to be very allergic to fish, any amount makes her throw it up immediately. I tried to chat with them, but they were totally unhelpful. They could not even tell me initially where to find the ingredients list. Unfortunately I bought their sample, and it immediately made my dog sick.

My dog wouldn't eat the product. he would eat his old kibble and leave this as I tried to introduce it. I canceled future orders a week before next delivery ..but they sent it anyway and charged me.!!! I contacted the company who offered nothing but a polite apology Update... company graciously replied and offered my money back. I would recommend the company as they clearly are above board. That my individual pup doesn't care for the product is probably an anomaly.

Easy tasty option for our picky pet! I don't think we will ever be able to buy kibble again, our Lab has always eaten his food but never seemed to really enjoy. Now he is excited to eat and his energy has improved substantially. He was kind of a lazy boy that we had to convince to keep up with us on walks to an eager athlete. We love Pets Table!

Great option for dog food! They ship fast and I found the subscriptions easy to navigate. I have a fussy French bulldog with allergies and so far he loves their food. We are using the dry food in beef flavor and he is very happy with the quality.

Our 9 year old Shiba has been on Pets Table for about a month now. We opted for half fresh and half air-dried option. She's a pretty picky eater but we didn't have any issue transitioning her to the new food (no digestive issues either)! She seems to particularly like the air-dried food most. I was also really impressed with the nice packaging. They did a good job ensuring the wet food stayed frozen while in transit. Overall great product!
