horrible packaging, food all over packages, melted ice, damaged boxes, and no name label on packages so good luck remembering which dog gets what !! pricy for these kind of service. They just charge your CC

Extremely deceptive prices!!!! I have 2 dogs and was paying nearly $350 every 3 weeks, however the amount I was getting charged was NOT reflective of the cost per meal that was clearly listed on my plan. Based on my dogs’ plans, I was getting charged double for EACH dog every 3 weeks. When I called customer service they were extremely unhelpful and tried to tell me I was getting confused with the initial promo, but that was not the case. Another representative said the reason was due to the caloric needs of my dog, but the price of each packet was BASED ON my dogs needs. I asked why the discrepancy in price and why I am getting charged double and they said “ I cannot give you that information”. Then I asked, okay so what am I actually getting charged for each meal and I got hit with the “ I can’t give you that information” line again…. Excuse me, what?? You can’t give me information on the product that I am purchasing?? The one agent actually hung up the phone. I am simply trying to understand why my dogs‘ food is listed at one price and then my credit card charges double. I canceled both my dogs’ subscriptions and will be going to spend my hard worked money elsewhere.

I love The Pets Table because of the clean ingredient list and helpful customer service. Best of all, my dog loves the food!

Halfway through a 2 month supply of Airdried Chicken & Beef recipes. Our pug has not turned his nose up as he does with other premium dog foods. Have tried 3 brands of airdried dog food and have to report that the Pets Table is the best quality food & packaging. Have just repeated the order for another 2-month supply

This is my third try at a natural kibble alternative food. One air dried was so flat, it was like feeding him tiles- like nothing to it. The second looked better, but he didn't like the taste! He Likes pet's table! and it seems more Substantial at meal times. I'm doing the mixed plan which is still affordable, and is giving him healthy fresh, plus healthy air dried. I would feel comfortable doing all Air dried or all fresh, as well. So far this is working out really well for us.

My pup LOVES his new air-dried food. His bowl is always liked clean. I feel so happy knowing he is eating fresh, good for him food! Thank you!

I love the food

Recently started using the airdried beef and berries blend as a kibble topper for my 7 year old pitbull mix, and she loves it! We can even use the nutrient dense nuggets as treats for her.
