My picky dog loves the food!!!

Made my dog extremely ill. Followed the feeding guidelines for dry formula, tried both chicken and beef. Both had same results. Vomiting, diarrhea, bloating, lethargic. Took him off food and back to normal. Stuck with food from first and second shipment as they do not accept returns and will not refund either. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is why I tried it, but not true. Just received notice from PayPal that I have been issued a refund after I refused to accept the second shipment. Happy about that as I threw out the remaining food from the trial shipment. Cooper is on his old food and doing well again.

First I should say that my dogs love this food. Which makes it all the more heartbreaking that I cancelled my subscription. But I did so because their customer service is sub-par. And I don’t blame the individual agents; I blame company management who doesn’t invest in proper training. First, so many disconnections. The calls to customer service drop all the time. Second, the background noise is incredibly loud, making it difficult to hear. But most importantly, I can’t get my seemingly simple questioned answered. I have 2 feeding guides - one for each of my dogs - and the amounts per day per dog are different. Not surprising and no big deal. But I just shoved their frozen packages into the freezer and didn’t pay attention to which size packet came out of which box (they are the same food/menu option). So when the feeding guide says give Dog A 1/2 package/day and Dog B 1/4 package/day, which size package to I use? If measurements were available in weight, or volume, rather than a subjective “1/2 pkg”, this wouldn’t be a problem. And 7 (yes 7!) calls to customer service couldn’t yield an answer. Such a silly problem with such an easy fix - if better information could be made available to customers and customer service representatives alike.

Both my dogs, elderly And middle aged, Love this recipe! Trust, we've tried them All. THIS one is closest to Farmer's Dog. With that, they do seem to Sell your info. (As most do now) And jack up the prices, as your term goes on. Typical, yes. But, as long as my dogs love the variety (except Turkey sometimes), it's worth it. I just wish I'd see a Drastic change in our senior. But he Might be too far along to notice anything seismic.

Our picky girl is really liking this. Hopefully finally found something she’ll stick with.

Easy to order. The variety was great. My dog loved the air dried raw food. Nice to finally have something good for him that he likes and will eat. Thank you!!

Incredible delicious food, as evidenced by my dog's thoroughly licked clean bowl. He loves it and seems to be in a healthier state, without gaining more weight, which I'm pleased about. The servings are plentiful and always fresh.
