Good quality cleaner food, reasonable prices
After researching pretty much every known fresh, raw, freeze dried and air dried dog food companies I could find, I decided on The Pet's Table. Not only did I like the idea of the air dried better than the other options (more convenient, less mess, still healthy), they were the most reasonably priced out of everyone else. And I researched probably a dozen companies. The raw and fresh food idea is great, and even though they also offer fresh food options, it just wasn't within my budget. But they were the only company that I felt wasn't crazy expensive for their air dried food. It also has very limited ingredients, with nothing I wouldn't be willing to feed my dog. I feed my dog some powdered toppers for natural flea repellent and allergies, and I'm easily able to add these powders to the air dried food, mixed with a little extra salmon oil or water and it works out well. My dog loves this food more than any other brand I've bought before. He is a corgi though so he's naturally food motivated and we don't feed table scraps so we never have had an issue with him being picky. But now he literally prances around anytime he knows he's about to be fed. They make it easy by giving you a sheet with feeding instructions to stick on your fridge when you first switch to help keep track of the transition. It also delivers pretty quickly after it ships, usually within 2-3 days. When I first ordered the food, I still had quite a bit left since I was in transition, and I needed to change my next box delivery date. I easily contacted customer service and within a few minutes, they were able to change to for me. When I was ready for another box I just logged in, and changed my delivery date. No issues with deliveries so far and customer service was prompt and great. My only complaint, and they are small complaints, is that they only have two flavor options, beef and chicken. It would be nice if they had turkey, or salmon or lamb options. Even duck. They also only have two days a week they ship on. So if you don't time out the food just right, it could take you longer to get the food delivered because you have to wait for shipping to happen on one of their two designated days. Chewy does sell The Pet's Table food as well, so I have purchased a small bag through them when I was in a pinch because they ship very quickly. Overall I'm very happy with the product so far.
