After trying several different fresh food companies, it is certain that yours is the only one my dog will eat. And, she appears to really enjoy it. We are both happy customers!!!

What has made my experience great is the option of having dry foods. We travel a lot. Having the dry food option means not having to stress about keeping his food on ice as we travel. It’s much easier for our pet sitters also. He loves the taste and seems happy with the transition to the new food.

I’m a new customer and was supposed to get 50% off my first order, but not only did I not receive the discount, my dogs never got to try their products because nothing ever arrived. Here’s the frustrating timeline: First Order: Spent nearly an hour with a rep who placed and then canceled my order. They gave me a credit for my next order, promising it would be applied. Second Order: They charged me in full. After speaking to two reps, I was refunded, and they took out my credit again, promising I’d still get my order. Delivery Day: No response, no tracking, nothing. When I reached out, a rep flat-out denied ever issuing the credit, was belligerent, and entirely unhelpful. Despite multiple promises and hours of back-and-forth, no order ever came in. Not only did I waste my time and energy, but my dogs missed out entirely. For context, I’ve tried other pet food brands like Nom Nom, Ollie, and Farmer’s Dog, and I have never experienced anything even remotely close to this level of chaos and incompetence. Those brands were professional, straightforward, and delivered on their promises without any drama. The customer service at Pets Table is horrendous—rep after rep gave me conflicting information and failed to follow through on anything. I will never go back and will warn all my dog-loving friends and family to steer clear of this brand. Save yourself the frustration—Pets Table is not worth it.

Great experience with the Pet’s Table the timing has been good with my first initial delivery as well as the last one I received. My dog likes the air dried food.

My dog really likes this food and I like using it as treats too, since it’s better for him. The only drawback is the cost.

Star has been devouring all her Pet’s Table casseroles Her bowl is clean every feeding. She likes both the turkey and chicken equally.

I have 2 very picky rescue Terrier’s that have fallen in love with the new fresh meals I started them on 8 weeks ago. They have more energy and clean bowls with every meal. Orders come on time and are packed to stay frozen and fresh when open.
