The Pets TableReviews of thepetstable.com

Our dog Benji is finally enjoying his meals again! As a senior dog he was disinterested with his food and losing weight. Once he started Pets table he started to gain the lost pounds and has a vibrance for life again.

Placed my first order on Dec 29th and the box was due to arrive on January 8th. I received an email that it may be delayed due to storms until later in the evening of the 8th or until the 9th, at the latest. I then received an email from The Pet’s Table on the afternoon of the 9th it was delivered, however no package arrived. I called customer support and they let me know it will actually be arriving on the 10th and they were unsure why I got that delivery confirmation email (sigh). The representative was very kind and offered to refund $10 for the delay. End of day on the 10th rolls around and no package had arrived (and I never received a tracking number to follow my order, odd). I called support again and they let me know the box was actually damaged in transport (I was never informed) and a new box would be shipping out immediately. Again, this rep was very helpful - she added another credit to my account to be used on my first non-promotional order. I received tracking for this new box and it was due to arrive today (1/13). Take a guess, it did not arrive. Called support again and they said it SHOULD be there tomorrow (1/14). I cancelled my subscription and a refund is hopefully on the way. The support representatives were all very kind but this was overall a disappointing experience. Their communication is inaccurate, and with fresh food time is of the essence! I’m sure I will be receiving a box of 4 day old rotten food tomorrow, if it even comes.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I wanted to add a second dog to my account and apply a discount for an additional pet, but it was impossible to do so. The platform does not seem equipped to handle multiple pets or honor discounts, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, I contacted customer service for assistance, and they were completely dismissive. Instead of offering any help or solutions, they brushed me off and left me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. If you have more than one pet or expect decent customer service, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly doesn’t prioritize customer needs or value long-term loyalty.

I tried yours out after being on Dr Martys for several months. She loved both But yours was alot less expensive. No Issues with switching and you have .ore efficient delivery.

My Corgi's are sharing the food as a supplement to their previous diet which has been reduced to accommodate the Pets Table portions. They love it and accepted it into their diet without hesitation. One thing I noticed right away, their poops are healthier! There was a problem with our initial order due to delivery delays which were carrier caused. The Pets Table resolved these quickly and to my satisfaction

My little guy loves the food his energy level is thru the roof and paw licking and head shaking is gone what more can I say you deliver on all your promise's

My 7 yr old terrier mix, Buddy, loves his new food. He cleans his bowl within minutes. He used to take all day to eat. But now, he loves The Pet's Table. We get the air dried food so we don't have to store it in the fridge.

The food is fantastic! I have a very picky border collie and he absolutely loves tge food . He actually licks his bowl when he's done and looks forward to meal time now. I thought he just wasn't hungry when i would fred him other food and he would skip meals but now I know for sure he just didn't like what I used to feed him. What a difference!
