Pets table is s great product. It was a little difficult getting some information like what exactly is in the order?

My dog loves The Pets Table. The air dried version is great don't have to make freezer or fridge space. He loves all the flavors and is always sniffing the bags in the pantry. Easy to measure out with the scoop they provide for you.

Our dog has been an extremely fussy eater until we tried The Pets Table. We have tried every type of dog food on the market and with very mixed results, until we started on this food. The dog is now voraciously anxious to eat this food. We continue to mix other types with it, he still wants this. I am very happy wit this and it makes feeding him so much more pleasant

My senior dog is loving her food. She has been devouring it. Her fav is the turkey. I will never feed her kibble again.

The most important thing is that my 15 year old dachshund who is so picky about food (who would have thought a dachshund would be picky?) loves this food. He now comes when I am fixing it and licks the bowl clean. He hasn't done that in a long time. I also think he's perkier and more playful. The bad news is that delivery has been pretty bad with FedEx. First box was 2 days late and I had to throw it all away because it was thawed. Replacement didn't come for 2 weeks and it arrived on time. The 3rd box was a day late and although not completely thawed, they weren't solidly frozen. I think they will be okay and put them in the freezer immediately. They need a more reliable shipper. Also I would say that the customer service is lacking. I waited days before hearing back and they didn't address the issue. My last communication didn't get an answer at all.

A few weeks ago I signed up for the introductory shipment, and then heard last night from my credit card company of a $207.70 charge for another shipment arriving in four days. I got no warning that another shipment was scheduled, or that it would cost that much! I had no idea the cost would be so high!! I'm in my 80s and live on a fixed income. I cannot afford that cost!! There should be a notification of some kind that another shipment was scheduled, along with the cost for that shipment. I was given no opportunity to adjust or cancel the shipment and now I am stuck with that charge to my credit card, which I am unable to afford. Needless to say, I canceled my account so that I don't receive any shipments in the future. But I am NOT a happy camper, and would not recommend Pets Table to anyone! Just be warned... UPDATE: Within a few days after writing my unhappy review, I was contacted by a caring member of their customer service team, and my issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the outcome and can now recommend Pet's Table without reservation. Signed: Happy Camper
