Dog likes the food
Dog likes the food. The shipment packaging was a bit of nightmare as the padded insulator would be destroyed in transit leaving confetti in the box upon opening...which stuck to the food and was very messy. Didn't love that 3 meals came from each pouch of food as it was very messy to serve. Company randomly and without notice decreased the amount of food being sent with each package - feeding guidelines were 1 cup per day and they began sending bags that only contained 12 cups. No adjustment in price and not enough food to get my pup through until the next shipment. Customer service offered no assistance at all so I switched to a new food service.
