My dog is obsessed with The Pets Table food. He can't even wait for me to put the food in his bowl and starts eating it as I'm dishing it out.

Great to have healthy food options! My dog doesn't love it but he likes it, he has always been a picker eat. Food has great ingredients and definitely way better than kibble. I like that there's different protein options to choose from because it allows me to rotate between proteins. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because Packing could be better, My started package I received a container that I could use because it was completely broken.

We were looking for a fresh food service for our picky senior and decided to try a couple. Of the ones we tried, she did not like pets table. It was watery and even to us was not appetizing in color and smell. I tried to cancel the service but due to an email error it made finding the account a challenge. By the time it was canceled another shipment processed so now I am stuck with food even my dog won’t eat.

Ordered a sample bag of food. They automatically put you on a subscription delivery! 106.00! No where on their site could I remove my credit card info or cancel. Terrible, scam buyer beware of this company! EDIT: the company reached out to me which was nice. Offered to credit back my money, which is great. They did say when you order a trial box you are auto put on subscription. I remember it said sample bag when i ordered. Trial box i would of been learey of. Also, no where did I see where you can cancel your order. But kuddos for them for responding. Maybe be clearer to customers they are signing up for auto subscription.

My dog liked the food. He is 14 and it seemed like it helped his energy level. The problem is delivery. It has been late or not delivered 4 times at $200 an order. And my dog gets sick when he runs out of this type of food and I have to switch him back. Customer service assures me they will fix the problem, but it never gets fixed. I would not recommend Pets Table.
