BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! They refuse to reship thawed boxes Customer service Rep A was zero help about reshipping my box that came thawed and food was hot the blue dish was also broken she advised there was nothing she could do to resolve this matter. Their horrible customer chat service person and should be fired immediately because of her actions I have cancelled my membership as you can not guarantee reshipping a thawed box of food. It states if the food isn’t at least 32 degrees it should be discarded. Therefore I paid for a box of food I can not use and customer service rep A refused to reship the box I paid for. Then not even a day later I was charged again because she did not cancel my membership after reaching out once again they finally canceled my membership and I received my refund 7 days later. Absolutely ridiculous! Buyer beware this company is a total scam! Please read the other reviews too where their food is sending dogs to the ER Veterinarian. After leaving this review they reported me to trustpilot. They are trying desperately to have this review removed. They are total scammers!
