I liked the variety and medium bags but…
I liked the variety and medium bags but she is not eating as well as at first! She might like the frozen real food better

Food is ok the delivery service is…
Food is ok the delivery service is awful. 2nd time they have delivered to the wrong address. Not sure how you can even be that incompetent to not be able to read an address and put two and two together to get it to the right place. Possibly could take up to 2 weeks to get a replacement box. That is unacceptable. What am I supposed to feed my dog just switch back and forth from food to another food and have him shit all over the place?

Favorite food
One of my dogs didn’t care for it much. However, when my other dog started eating it, he began to love it. Now he won’t eat anything else

The dogs appear to like the food much…
The dogs appear to like the food much better than Ollie. Its also much nicer to have the freeze dried food which makes travelling possible. Not just easier but possible since you don't need to keep it cold or frozen. Our only issue so far is they shipped a 2nd box within 2 weeks if the first order even when we went in and tried to delay the shipment due to limited space in our freezer.
