My dog is getting use to watching me putting the teeth cleaning stuff into her bowl before tucking into the water. Good experience I recommend it, just abit to pricey for me as I am alone trying to get by

I keep getting charged when I communicated I was not interested in a subscription. I was told I would be reimbursed last month. I was not, and was charged again this month.

To my surprise, after posting a 1-star rating I received a call from Jose a pet lab rep. He clarified my misunderstanding. He was very professional and answered all my concerns. In these times I find it very pleasing for a company to reach out and spend the time to answer my questions in such a courteous and professional manner. When a company goes to these extremes to reach out to a customer it shows that they are a company that cares. This is not something you see anymore. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

My tiny dog has been itchy most of his life, rubbing his back raw. The only thing that eased the itch would be cortisone shots, and the effect of those only lasted a month. I have been using petlab chews for over two months, along with one vet administered allergy shot at the beginning. His hair is in, he is no longer itchy, his fur feels so much better. I will continue to use this product!

I contacted Pet Lab to ask if they could hold my subscription until September as I ended up with 2 months of Probiotics and I didn't want them to dry out. I heard back from them and they were happy to do so. Great customer service!!
