I had a subscription for my two dogs. One of my dogs died and I did not need two bottles but one. I send a message and proposed to receive one bottle every other month. No reply, was extremely. I continue receiving two bottles until I decided to rescind my subscription. Suffice it to say, that this was extremely difficultI do not recommend their subscriptions.

Hello Isabel, We are so sorry to hear about your beloved pup. We are sorry that we didn't reduce the number of products in your subscription in a timely fashion. We'd like to speak to you further about this if we could. Could you provide us with an Order ID? We'll have a representative reach out to you soon. Sincerely, PetLab Co

The customer service was amazing! We had an issue with our order (not PetLabs fault), and their customer service team worked with me and resolved the issue immediately. In a society where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, it was very nice to work with a responsible and caring company.

I ordered the pet lab prebiotic chew and itch relief chew. They were lost out of my bag, and PetLab immediately sent more when I called to let them know what happened. My dog really likes the prebiotic but he almost refuses to eat the itch relief. So I am going to finish what I have but for this reason I will not reorder this. But the Plaque pro. Works like a charm. He likes it and it does help with plaque. And Bad Breath. Very good products.

The probiotic chew has finally after 3 months stopped our dog from scratching and biting his feet. We will keep using it.
