I have ordered multiple times from this company they offered me a quantity deal. I took the quantity deal and after that they keep sending monthly to monthly their customer service has no phone number no recognition on how to get a hold of them. They are in very unethical company. I have sent three emails telling them not them not to send me anything. I am canceling my subscription and they continue as of today March 5 telling me they’re sending me something I did not order it they didn’t get payment, but somehow they continually want to send me prescriptions for my dog. I don’t understand how they can survive as a business when they have no corporate office all they want you to do is email them which I have emailed them and Today emailed them and they still continue to tell me thank you for canceling but if you want, you can restart your subscription with another email saying that they’re sending me , a prescription from my pup I do not like this companies tone of business. They will not contact you live at all.

since I’ve been giving this to both my dogs, my one little dog is too she had no problem with tartar on her teeth my 11-year-old. However I’ve been fighting for a long time he’s had his teeth cleaned four or five times and it came right back by the next year and he’s a pug and their teeth are a problem anyway, he’s already lost two teeth and I want to help him his breath was beginning to stink again I was using a liquid I was adding to the water which helped but never clean like this stuff. I put it in there food at night, and within three days I saw It amazing difference his teeth are white the tartar is gone. His brother is good. It is an amazing product. It is kind of expensive, but it’s worth every penny because it will keep them healthy teeth, cause them to die prematurely. It causes all kinds of diseases. I believe my other puppy died of cancer as a result of not taking care of his teeth use it it’s worth the money if you love your dog, and I love them more than anything .

I do like their products. I’m actually using 3 of them right now Probiotic, joint chew and recently started the probrite for my 13 yr old beagle/hound mix Why I gave 3 stars, I’m a senior trying to do the best for my dog, but a multi-product discount would be very helpful
