I like the subscription feature and the auto refill and reminders. If I happen to still have product, then I can delay shipment. And the reminder is useful, in case I need to change the subscription. The product does help my pup, so will keep using until it doesn't.

I’m sure this is a great product but I have been using it for several months for my boy and I have to say I have not seen improvement. I was very hopeful with this product but it was meant to be. I don’t know if there is anything I can do for him anymore we have tried so many different products with little or no relief.
Response from PetLabCo.Aug 13, 2024

Terrible barriers to communicating with this company. Problem with an order, have not heard back at all. They fill my email with requests to repurchase but effectively box you out if there is a concern or problem. No real customer service path to speak of.
Response from PetLabCo.Aug 13, 2024
