My dogs love these. After my GSD puppy got an ear infection in both ears I started him on these and he hasn't had one since.

I like that I can get automatic shipments of Pro Advanced, which my vet told me at Sophie's last visit is working well. I'm pleased with Pet Lab, product and service!

I received an email stating my order was being prepared. I tried several times to login and could not, none of the links worked to my account. I finally had to send and email, so that I could pause my order, as I was backed up with supplies for two months. Later in the day, I received another email that my order had shipped! I never had a chance to pause the order and ended up just canceling everything. Poor website links and customer service led me to my decision to leave! reply: The initial email that confirmed my order was sent on 10/2 at 5:07am. That email had non-working links to my account dashboard, so I couldn’t make changes. Then at 2:07pm I received another email stating that my order had shipped. Those were the only emails I received, regarding this order. In between those emails, I had sent an email to customer service asking for my order to be paused. By the time I received a response, my order had already “left the warehouse.”

Hey John, We regret that the product didn't live up to expectations, as it has for others. Every pup is one of a kind – what’s a hit for one might not be for another. We’d be happy to explore this further and see how we can assist you and your furry companions. Please provide your Order ID. Sincerely, PetLab Co.
